Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders. It takes around 5-9 days for order processing and 10-25 days for standard shipping. The delivery time may vary to different regions and countries. We also offer Paid express shipping, that takes around 4-7 days subject to the locations.
Please understand all delivery dates are estimated only, not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for giving full information for the delivery. Once your glasses have been shipped it cannot be redirected or canceled.
Order cancellation
No worry! We understand sometimes people will make mistakes. We accept the order cancellation if the prescription lens or blue light blocking lens are not processed yet. If it is a demo lens or sunglasses lens, as long as your purchases are not shipped out yet, the order cancelation is accepted. Please contact info@terranovaeyewear.com for queries.
Returns
We are happy to accept the returns with a full refund on the frames at any time within the first 30 days. All you need to do is to contact us info@terranovaeyewear.com and make sure:
- All the accessories and packaging are included
- The invoices are put in the package
- If it comes together with free gifts, it must be included
- You choose a reliable courier that can provide you a parcel tracking and you will be responsible for paying its cost.
- The returned items are not discounted or on sale because it is not eligible for exchange or refund.
- The final refund will be deducted by the initial shipping cost to you and the cost of prescription lens.
